Healing Hearts aims to be the service of choice enabling professional and personal growth for adolescents, individuals and organisations through providing innovative, affordable and flexible counselling and training programmes.
Our Story
Healing Hearts is a counselling and training service that provides quality services for individuals in the community. Healing Hearts' specialty is working with young people, their parents, carers and families and the professionals that support them, however we provide an holistic, strengths based service to children, young people and adults.
At Healing Hearts we believe in the healing capabilities of love, compassion, empathy and caring. With a focus on early intervention, and supporting the people who work with young people in care, Healing Hearts believes no job is too big or too small ... no heart beyond repair.
Broken, chipped, shattered and battered hearts can be mended, all it takes is courage, determination, strength, love, caring and keeping your heart open and ready to allow healing. Staff at Healing Hearts thrive on seeing people learn to move forward with their lives, taking control of their experiences, such as hardship, psychological pain and anguish, emotional and physical neglect, and relationship breakdown.
Healing Hearts wants to work with you, and those you care about, to create a better future for yourself and those important to you.
Healing Hearts is a mobile service, providing services in your local area and on site within support providers, including out of home care services. Currently we provide counselling, case management, workshop and programme development and facilitation and professional training and support services, in and around the Inner West and Eastern Suburbs. As the service is mobile, and staff are willing and able to travel, if you live outside this area, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss obtaining a service in your local area.
